Our representative will wait for you holding your name on a A4 signboard. Our representative will wait for you with Vio Travel Identification and signboard displaying client's surname. 

For international flights:

Please look for a signboard displaying your name outside the International Terminal, near Exit Gate 2

(the first set of signs located directly in front of Gate 2). Our airport representative will be waiting for you there.

For domestic flight: Please find your name on sign in exit gate 1, the airport representative is waiting there. 

As you exit Gate 1, you will see your name on sign in front of the yellow minibus booth.

Note: For hotels in Coconut Island, drop off point is at the hotel pier on the main island

USM (Samui Airport) Meet and Greet our driver or representative at the meet point after collection of your luggage and custom clearance. Our driver or representative will wait for you holding your name on a A4 signboard. Our driver or representative will wait for you with Vio Travel Identification and signboard displaying client's surname. 

**Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and proceed through customs. Your airport representative waits in the Arrivals Hall for international Arrivals – with a sign displaying your name and Vio Travel Logo.

After collecting your luggage, please contact the staff at 'ELECTRIC TAXI' counter on the ground floor outside the terminal, between gate no. 3 and 4’
